The basis on which Fashion Styling is founded is that a picture is worth a thousand words. For this reason, stylists work closely with other professionals to offer us much more than simple photographs. Their challenge is to capture the essence of the brand, of the moment, of the feeling or emotion, using fashion as a form of expression.
Recently, Jessica Swanson caught the eye of the team here at So Catchy! Where Fashion Begins. A Freelance Editorial Stylist, Wardrobe Consultant and Fashion & Lifestyle Blogger, she studied at the London College of Style and spends her time between London and Bristol.
For the project at hand, “Timeless”, Jessica found inspiration in the 70s and more specifically, David Bowie. We think her styling work is spot on and the choice of models (lest we forget the precious pug) along with the tones and colors of the photographs reinforce the beautiful vintage feeling of the work.
